Weekend Intensive Awakenings Retreat

The Weekend Intensive Awakenings Retreat is for anyone who is ready to meet themselves and others with honesty, courage, patience and deep surrender. It is designed to facilitate transformative explorations that involve your whole being. This leads to deeper levels of clarity, empathy, freedom and space for aligned action.

Beyond Mindfulness to Awakenings

This peels away layers of conditionings and distorting filters, which limit life. It builds trust in your inner voice. It is a means of sensing the aroma of your Core and of expressing more creatively and freely.

Evolving consciousness, Living connected

We’re living in times of great uncertainty, mass destruction of the Earth, inequity, extinction of species and horrific exploitation of sentient life.

We may feel overwhelming pain, or maybe numbness, or even denial. In daring to honour and feel these feelings, we re-discover the immensity of our hearts, minds and bodies and our interconnectivity with all life.

Consciousness evolves naturally, we feel more harmony and peace, and we re-claim our innate capacity to create change right now.

• Guided meditations that catalyse multidimensional transformations of mind, body and heart.

• A landscape of explorations to guide you successfully and resiliently through daily life.

• Providing ways to gently unravel and move through conditioned behaviours, limiting thought patterns and fixations.

• Relating your inner transitions to the outer life unfolding, and accessing deeper levels of resilience, compassion and innate wholeness for the benefit of all sentient life.

“God speaks to each of us as he makes us, then walks with us silently out of the night.
These are the words we dimly hear:
You, sent out beyond your recall,
Go to the limits of your longing.
Embody me.
Flare up like flame and make big shadows I can move in.
Let everything happen to you: beauty and terror.
Just keep going. No feeling is final.
Don’t let yourself lose me.
Nearby is a country they call life.
You will know it by its seriousness.
Give me your hand.”
